Description
Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and analyzing the annual budget for department and division operational and capital budgets, monitoring the adopted budget and preparing various financial analyses. Assists departments in preparing and administering their budgets, reviews and analyzes department budget requests, and evaluates and makes recommendations on management practices, procedures, and fiscal requirements. Assists departments in the development of performance measures and benchmarking for the department, as well as the divisions.
